19 year old credit card dilemma?

so i am 19 years old. when i was 18 i requested and recieved a credit card from chase bank. bc i was immature and stupid, i maxxed it out and ended up going into collections. now i have a good job where i make good money and completly paid collections off what they were owed. will chase ever approved me for a credit card again? what can i do to impove baby” credit? please help”
