The vital lesson that I learn is to bear and to control yourself.
I think it is very important to control our self our thoughts, our behavior, our reactions, our response. the most important one is our 1st reaction in any situation. nature has put some emotions in human beings. these emotions are very vital and valuable for everyone. in our daily life, we encounter many situations, the situation would be related to our career, our mission of life, our goal, our relationship, our daily routine life or would be related to our beloved one. In all these scenes, every person of your life is attached to you related by emotions. In any situation when you are dealing with your colleges, fellows so you should be in a relax mode and should have a smile on your face. Many situations become you angry, and many situations become you happy. so I both extream situations of emotions you should be relaxed and do not react immediately. Take a pause and use your mind, what is going on, if still, you don’t know how to react then take a pause of 2 to 3 minutes and control your self instead to react angrily and lose your relation.
I am going to apply this relax pause in the reaction to any situation, and not losing my relations by taking a pause of 2–3 minutes. as I know I am very quick in reaction to any wrong situations. As it is very difficult for me to change it, but I am trying because every person in my life has some values for me.
